At CosmicOtaku, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We understand that getting the right fit is crucial, so we are happy to accept size exchanges or returns within 15 days from the date of receipt, provided the items meet our strict return conditions.

Priority Notice: If you experience any issues with your order, your first and priority step must be to contact our customer service team. We are committed to resolving your issues quickly and amicably before any external disputes are opened.

1. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must meet ALL of the following criteria. Please handle our products with care when trying them on:

Tried On, But Not Worn: The item may be tried on to check the fit, but it must not have been worn outside, used for an event, or washed.

Pristine Condition: The item must remain in its original, brand-new condition and be completely suitable for resale.

No Stains or Odors: Items with deodorant stains, makeup, pet hair, perfume, or smoke odors will NOT be accepted for return or exchange.

Original Packaging: All original tags and packaging must be intact and included in the return.

If an item is returned to us and fails to meet these criteria, the return will be rejected, and no refund or exchange will be issued.

2. Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges

Customer Responsibility for ALL Fees: For size exchanges or if you simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for ALL shipping fees related to this process. This strictly includes:

The return shipping fee to send the original items back to our warehouse.

The re-delivery fee for us to ship your new exchanged items back to you.

No Pre-paid Labels: We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.

Original Shipping Fees: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are requesting a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

3. The Refund & Exchange Process (Crucial for Payment Disputes)

Receipt & Inspection First: We will arrange the exchange or process the refund for you right away ONLY AFTER the returned item has been received and thoroughly inspected at our facility.

Chargeback Policy: We do not issue refunds for items that are not returned or are lost in transit during the return process. If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated through your bank or payment provider (e.g., Klarna, PayPal, Credit Card) without contacting our customer service first and returning the item in accordance with this policy, the dispute will be heavily contested using this publicly available agreement.

Once your return is received and approved, please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

You must provide clear photos showing the defect or the incorrect item received.

Once verified, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for the defective item.

5. Priority Step: How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Your mandatory first step is to contact our customer service team. Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the sender's address on the original package without reaching out to us first. The original sender's address is often a logistics sorting center, and unauthorized returns will be lost and not refunded.
