After-sales service and exchange/return policy

We accept size exchanges/returns within 15 days from the date of receipt under the following conditions: • The item has not been washed • The item has not been worn (only tried on to determine the size is acceptable) • The item remains in its original condition and is suitable for resale • All original tags and packaging are intact (if applicable)

Once the product is confirmed to meet the aforementioned requirements, we will assist in handling the exchange/return process.

Please note: • This policy only applies to size exchanges/returns • Items that do not meet the above criteria may be rejected for exchange/return • Customers must contact customer service before returning any items
