Binder Size Guide
Fit help
Start with your chest measurement
For the clearest recommendation, measure around the fullest part of your chest. Height and weight are optional and are used only as a cross-check.
Product availability can vary, so confirm that the recommended size appears on the product page before ordering.
- Use a soft measuring tape with no top or binder on.
- Keep the tape level around the fullest part of the chest.
- Let the tape sit flat without pulling it tight.
Find your suggested size
Chest is required. Enter both height and weight if you want the optional cross-check.

Before choosing
- Use the product-page size tool when available; it can account for product-specific closure details and listed sizes.
- If the recommendation is unavailable or your measurements produce very different results, contact us before selecting another size.
- A binder should feel secure, not painful. Stop wearing it if you experience pain, numbness, or difficulty breathing.
