1. Free Worldwide Shipping We are thrilled to offer Free Standard Worldwide Shipping on all orders! No minimum purchase is required.

2. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Estimated Delivery Time While we ship globally, transit times vary depending on your location. Standard international delivery typically takes between 7 to 15 business days after the order has been processed. (Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues).

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes SUN NEVER SET LIMITED is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).

5. Damages or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact us immediately at cosmicotakupr@gmail.com with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
